OUR STORY
Zurek was founded in November 2010, but its story goes back further. The founder and CEO, Francisco Fajardo, started working in the construction industry long before he decided to launch his own construction company. After gaining several years of experience, he realized the need for a contractor that specialized in the unique requirements and challenges of the multi-family housing market. In 2005, he established Highland Construction to address this need. With years of success, he envisioned further expansion, leading to the creation of Zurek. The company serves the entire US and is also looking to expand its services to countries in South America, such as Colombia, offering roofing, siding, painting, and more.
