Wireframes and paper prototypes

We designed the screens for the main flow.
Usability study
Then we conducted two usability studies with 8 rescuers testing the first version of the app.
Improved digital prototypes
Based on the findings from the usability study and the prioritization of improvements, we adjusted the prototypes.
Conclusions
Impact
- We detected interest in the application from rescue users and that they would pay to use it.
- Photos of Creole dogs are more striking.
- The project and the business idea lend to make a robust development as it covers a problem that involves many user profiles with different interests.
What we learned
- Iteration with real users is key to achieve the success sought in the products
- Teamwork with people of different profiles contributes a lot to the development of the idea.
- Detach yourself from your own ideas and proposals.
